Mr. Aires has been an alternate member of our board of directors as a nominee of Petroquisa since August 15, 2001. He has been the partnership manager of Petroquisa since 2001. Previously, Mr. Aires occupied several executive positions with Petroquisa and Petrobras beginning in 1980. Mr. Aires holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. |
