Mr. Buccellato served as Chairman of the Board from October 2002 to August 28, 2006, and as President and Chief Executive Officer from April 2001 to August 28, 2006. Mr. Buccellato served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from September 1, 2000 to December 12, 2000, and he served as Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to August 31, 2000. He served as a member of the Board of Directors from 1995 to November 6, 2006. He presently serves on the Advisory Board. He is a shareholder of Buccellato & Finkelstein, a public accountancy firm. Mr. Buccellato received his undergraduate degree from California State University at San Diego, and his graduate degree from the University of Southern California. |
