Edie brings more than 20 years of experience in senior human resources management including HR strategic planning, consulting, training, organization development, and human performance technology.

Her professional experience crosses business sectors and size, including banking, healthcare, high-tech manufacturing, government, education, and non-profit organizations. Edie’s innovations and experience in developing people and furthering their careers has been recognized by the Training Directors’ Forum, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Society for Human Resources Management. Edie is well known as the Trainer’s Trainer and devotes her writing talents, as she says, to letters of recommendation.

Edie is candidate focused and results driven, preparing candidates to seize new opportunities aligned with their strengths, core values, and experience-rich skills.

Edie is active in a number of St. Louis and national professional organizations and possesses a strong network of professionals throughout the U.S. She also volunteers her time to Rainbow Ridge Ranch, a sanctuary for abandoned and retired horses.

Edie earned her B.S. in Marketing and Distributive Education and her M.Ed., both from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
