Eddie F. Ruiz has been Vice President and Director of Facilities for PS Business Parks since March of 2000. His primary responsibilities are to assist the regional operating groups with facilities-related projects and issues, including capital and expense budgets, as well as to perform acquisition due diligence and oversee project construction. Prior to joining PS Business Parks as a Director of Facilities in August of 1999, Mr. Ruiz was a Sr. Project Manager for Toyota Motor Sales USA from 1991 until 1999, where he was responsible for over $125 million in facilities construction. From 1982 to 1991 he was an electrical design engineer for several consulting firms in Southern California.
Mr. Ruiz has over 16 years of construction management experience and is a member of International Facility Managers Association (IFMA). |
