Dr. Ed Hartman has been with Chimes since 1992. Before assuming the position of Chief Operating Officer of Chimes Maryland and Intervals he served as the Assistant Vice President of Programs for Chimes International, where he provided administrative and clinical guidance to various Chimes subsidiaries. Prior to joining Chimes, Dr. Hartman held various positions with Elwyn, a provider of services for people with developmental disabilities located in Elwyn, Pennsylvania. His vast experience in the developmental disabilities field with Elwyn included the position of Executive Director for many of Elwyn’s programs. He has to his credit numerous publications and presentations on autism, Prader-Willi Syndrome, dual diagnoses, and special education. |
