Ed de Castro is a Partner Practice Specialist supporting Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Los Angeles office. Ed acts as liaison between partner candidates and recruiters making sure that each candidate is assigned to, and establishes a relationship with, the MLA recruiter that can best serve their need. Ed talks with potential candidates to help them evaluate their needs and make them aware of their marketability. He provides them with a current perspective of the legal marketplace.
Prior to joining MLA, Ed managed the legal division of a boutique full-service recruiting firm. Ed received his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. In his spare time, he enjoys weightlifting and motorcycles. |
