As a Vice President with Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group, Ed has extensive experience with planning and leading engagements in a variety of international Industries. In addition to his vast experience and leadership in the Information Technology field, he also brings a strong set of skills necessary to consult with executives and their teams. One of Ed’s greatest strengths is his ability to assist organizations in creating the corporate culture needed to support the implementation of their business strategies and operational excellence. Some of the clients Ed has been involved with include Boeing, Nationwide, Hewlett-Packard, London Electricity, Discover Card, Limited Brands, Key Bank, WellPoint and McDonald’s. Prior to joining Senn-Delaney Leadership, Ed spent 26 years in the Information Technology field at three large insurance companies: Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Company, Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company, and Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. In his position as Vice President, Information Systems at Mutual of Omaha, Ed was very involved in leading the company through strategic changes. Ed attended Crosby’s Quality College and served on Mutual of Omaha’s initial Quality Implementation Team. Ed also participated in efforts to shift the culture throughout the company. While specializing in Information Technology and Insurance, Ed’s experience also includes large-scale project management, corporate publishing, planning operations (including measurement, standards, and workflow), technical training and financial analysis. Ed was born in New York City and received his BS from Fordham University. In addition, Ed received a MBA from Western New England College and completed coursework toward a law degree. Ed lives in Rio Rancho, New Mexico with Joan. When they can, they love to travel and explore new places. They also enjoy spending time with their children and their five grandchildren who keep them young at heart. Other interests include mountain skiing, biking, golfing and reading suspense novels. |
