Ed Casey joined Serco in January 2006 as CEO of its North American operations after 25 years as a growth-oriented business executive, financier, and entrepreneur throughout the US He has been a managing director with UBS Warburg and a managing partner of the Bechtel-based Fremont Group private equity fund. He is recognized as one of the executives who helped shape the deregulated energy sector, launching the first utility-affiliated competitive power project development and marketing businesses and founding one of the industry's fastest-growing electricity marketing firms. A native of Connecticut, Ed earned a BS degree in economics from Harvard College and an MBA degree from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. |
