Mr. Kane’s prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Treasurer for Constellation/New Energy, a leading competitive supplier of electricity, natural gas and energy related services to over 5,000 commercial and industrial customers throughout North America. Prior to NewEnergy, Mr. Kane served in a number senior financial roles in the mass merchant retail industry and high tech electronic instrumentation including, Vice President and Corporate Controller for Kleer Vu Industries and Division Controller for Eaton Corporation’s Electronic Instrumentation Division. Mr. Kane holds an MBA from California State University at Long Beach.
