Earnie Franklin President In his role as President of Incepture, Mr. Franklin is responsible for strategic direction and successful execution of the company’s objectives. He is also Vice President of enterprise architecture for the largest health insurer in the State of Florida. Throughout his career, Mr. Franklin has been active in several professional and civic organizations. He is a member of the IT advisory board for Jacksonville University and an active member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals, previously serving as the president of the Jacksonville Chapter and Southeast Region. Mr. Franklin also serves on the board of directors of IT Florida, a technology-focused non-profit organization formed to enhance information technology as a key element of economic development within the state of Florida. Mr. Franklin completed undergraduate studies in business and computer science at Samford University and Jacksonville University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University. |
