Mr. Brown, principal of Lindmark-CPS, d/b/a Lindmark Engineering, has a broad background in environmental services, air monitoring, health and safety, industrial hygiene, and training. Mr. Brown's specialties include evaluation of environmental and industrial cleanup techniques from a human health perspective; special knowledge in the areas of safety, loss prevention, and accident investigation; and air sampling and monitoring programs, loss prevention, and accident investigation for the environmental industry and the petrochemical and refining industries.
Prior to his association with Lindmark Engineering, Mr. Brown was principal of a major West Coast industrial and environmental cleanup contractor, where his responsibilities ranged from environmental and health and safety matters to total operational and administrative duties. His particular expertise is in environmental and industrial cleanup techniques, and he has been principal in charge of large-scale projects. He also is a certified industrial hygienist, with special knowledge in the areas of safety, loss prevention, and accident investigation.
Before joining the CPS Environmental Group, Mr. Brown was in charge of health and safety, as well as being operationally responsible for environmental remediation and decontamination subsidiaries, for two large regional firms. His duties and responsibilities included air sampling and monitoring programs, loss prevention, and accident investigation for the environmental industry and the petrochemical and refining industries. He was also the qualifier for the firm's General Engineering Contractors License, as well as developing a patented process for the cryogenic degassing of aboveground storage tanks.
