Dusty Knight is responsible for managing teams in the Professional Services, Support Center and Customer Relations departments. His focus is on increasing customer satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality projects that are on-time and on-budget, by running a customer-focused support organization and by working with customers to increase their value from the ClearOrbit partnership. Knight joined ClearOrbit in 2000 as the Consulting Operations Manager and has also served as a Project Manager in Professional Services and as the Director of Customer Relations. Prior to joining ClearOrbit, he spent six years and held a number of roles within the Public Sector Vertical at Deloitte Consulting. Knight holds an MBA and a BBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. |
