Dustin W. Seale is the Managing Director of Senn-Delaney Leadership’s EMEA region. He now spends the majority of his time supporting senior executives and their teams. Dustin’s focus is aligning senior leadership and the culture of the client organisation with strategy, brand, service and productivity improvement initiatives.
Dustin has spent his 11 years with SDL working with clients in the Americas, Asia and EMEA, including: GlaxoSmithKline, Airbus, Land Rover, PepsiCo, T-Mobile, Ford Motor Company, HP, United Utilities, Tenneco Europe, Shell International and Liverpool City Council.
Before joining Senn-Delaney Leadership, Dustin developed and managed a portfolio of businesses held by a subsidiary corporation of the Christian Herald Association. His involvement included business planning and procurement of capital for start-up endeavours as well as the purchase of existing businesses. Dustin also managed daily operations of several of the profit centers which boasted a unique employee base of formerly homeless people and ex-convicts re-entering the community. This created a challenging environment for his further development as a manager, leader and role model.
Dustin also has corporate experience in PR, marketing and capital fund-raising. Dustin spent a year providing personal and professional counseling for young Wall Street business leaders and professional athletes for a New York City based non-profit organisation. Dustin’s initial corporate experience with Home Savings of America, also afforded him valuable insights into the front-line operations of an established financial institution.
Dustin received his B.A. in Economics and Pre-Law at the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he was also President of the Pi Kappa Alpha, Iota Kappa Chapter.
Dustin has been in the UK for the past 10 years and resides in London with his wife and son. He enjoys football, skiing, tennis, reading and writing and has completed two NYC Marathons.
