Formerly the President and CEO of !hey, a leader in CRM software for blue chip clients, Duncan has delivered robust solutions to companies such as American Airlines, HP, IBM, Marriott and Microsoft. Prior to !hey, he served as Executive VP for Operations at Nabnasset Corporation with customers that included Citibank, Swiss Bank, CIBC, John Hancock and Pacific Bell. Duncan has also served as VP of Marketing at Symbiotics and has held a distinguished list of senior marketing and sales positions at BBN Software and Wang. He holds B.S. and M.A. degrees in economics from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University, Boston. |
