Past Director of Dynamic Metal Forming, SDC International, Tubular Corporation of America and General Trailers, Ltd., largest tractor trailer producer in Europe. Held various positions at USX Corporation (U.S. Steel) 1967-1987, including Manager, Rod & Wire Products, General Manager-Commercial-Tubular Products, Vice-President, Marketing-Steel, 1981-1984, and President, USX Real Estate division, 1984-1987. President, Mosbacher-Jacobs Properties Inc., a real estate company in retail, commercial and consulting businesses 1987-1989. Vice-President KCS Industries, Inc., Westport, CT, a buyout firm that owned Terex, Koehring Cranes, and Fruehauf Trailer Corporation. 1990-1992, Senior V.P.-Operations for Fruehauf Trailer 1990. Has served on the Board of The Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, Family House, and the Arthritis Foundation of Western Pennsylvania where he received their Distinguished Service Award, Fairfield Country Day School, and WIBO (Workshop in Business Opportunities), an organization in New York that trains entrepreneurs in starting and expanding businesses. He is a Trustee of The Taft School, Urban Education Exchange (NYC), and past Chairman of the Board of CLEARPOOL Inc., a public/private educational program in the inner city of New York. President of The Bell Foundation (grants to educational entities). He has published numerous articles on real estate asset management and is a past member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). |
