Dov Goldman joined the Firm in 2007 and is a partner in the Transactional Department. He is also a member of the Real Estate Practice Group, the Corporate Practice Group and the Investment Funds Practice Group. Mr. Goldman has represented developers, lenders, real estate investment trusts and institutional owners in a variety of sophisticated transactions throughout the United States, involving, among other things, office buildings, shopping center developments, high-rise apartment buildings and condominium/planned community developments. A significant portion of Mr. Goldman’s practice includes representation of opportunistic purchasers of commercial real estate, institutional buyers and sellers of investment quality properties and residential developers and homebuilders. Mr. Goldman frequently acts as lead counsel on transactions involving complicated joint ventures and mezzanine financing where he primarily represents institutional investors.Prior to joining Duval & Stachenfeld, Mr. Goldman was a partner at Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis Cohen, LLP. Mr. Goldman is a member of the American, New York and Pennsylvania bar associations. Mr. Goldman is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. |
