He has successfully negotiated leasing and financing for large projects to supply single as well as multiple-piece equipment purchases. Mr. Waterman researches and coordinates the efficient equipment cost effective needs for each project to achieve success in meeting our client’s budgets. His responsibilities include scheduling, maintenance, and repairs for the vast fleet of Summit equipment and purchasing the tool and supply inventory for the company. Summit Contracting utilizes his years of experience in lime and soil stabilization to assist in civil construction & environmental remediation projects.
