Douglas Wadkins has more than 17 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, and leading high technology teams. Prior to joining Cisco Systems, via acquisition, Douglas was a member of the founding management team of Vovida Networks, a provider of call control software for IP networks utilizing an open source business model. Prior to Vovida Networks, Douglas was with Aspect Communications and Nortel Networks, where he focused on leading global technical teams responsible for the company’s information technology infrastructure and leading the Enterprise Networks Software Business Unit. Prior to Nortel Networks, Doug served with the United States Navy Submarine Command as an Operations Officer. He holds an M.S. and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. |
