Douglas Schloss joined the Entrust board of directors in August 2001. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Rexford Management, Inc. which manages a 500 million dollar investment partnership specializing in transaction arbitrage. Prior to his current role, Mr. Schloss managed the equity trading desk and arbitrage investment portfolio of Marcus Schloss & Co., Inc., a broker dealer and formerly a New York Stock Exchange specialist firm. He is also responsible for designing an options analytics software package that was purchased by Reuters PLC and is currently in use on all major option exchanges.
Douglas Schloss is currently the Chairman of the Board of St. Christopher-Ottilie a 105 million dollar New York City based social services charity. It is one of the 10 largest social services charities in the United States and the second largest in New York City. Previously, Mr. Schloss was the Chairman of the Board of Family Dynamics for 6 years, a child abuse prevention program.
He is a graduate of Princeton University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He spent three years as a petroleum engineer with Hamilton Brothers Oil Company prior to receiving his M.B.A from Harvard Business School in 1985. |
