Douglas Kelley joined American Capital in 2004 as an Associate in the Dallas office and was promoted to Vice President in 2006. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Kelley was an Associate in JPMorgan's Los Angeles-based investment banking practice; was an Associate and founding member of the Los Angeles office of The Beacon Group, LP, a New York-based merchant banking firm which managed over $2 billion of private equity capital and provided strategic advisory services to both middle-market and Fortune 500 companies; was an Analyst in the New York office of Credit Suisse First Boston; and interned at Elmer's Products, Inc., Focus Strategies, LLC, and Compaq Computer Corporation.
Mr. Kelley holds M.B.A. and B.B.A. degrees from The University of Texas at Austin. |
