Douglas joined DDD in January 2004 and is primarily responsible for licensing software and content to Asian-based consumer electronics firms as well as the acquisition of content from the Hollywood studio community. Douglas’ previous experience includes over 10 years in the entertainment business as a film producer and consultant having worked with the major Hollywood studios and various independent film companies. Prior to that, Douglas spent five years in Tokyo, Japan working for Nippon Television, Cyber Entertainment and Amano Electronics. Douglas has a BA in Japanese, with an emphasis on International Business, from the University of Michigan and earned his MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA in 2003. |
