Doug oversees the due diligence process on all prospective new investments. This process includes initial analysis, investment structure, negotiations and pre-closing on-site visit. He is also a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Prior to joining Dutchess in 2004, Doug was a Financial Advisor for six years in the Private Client Group of Prudential Securities where he advised individual and institutional investors. Doug is a graduate of Phillips Academy and received a BA in in Political Science from Hobart College and earned his MS in Finance with High Distinction from Bentley College. |
