Doug has over 25 years of experience in business process design change management and systems improvement. His technical experience includes senior systems architect designer application developer and administrator of many types of solutions.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron Doug was the Founder and President of Carefree Technologies (now Integro). While there he focused on document email and records management. Previously Doug was Vice President of Worldwide Channels and Markets at Coextant.
Doug spent the first half of his career at Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting focusing on business systems consulting. Within the last 12 years he has founded and sold several consulting and product businesses focusing on Enterprise Content Collaboration Document and Records Management systems and processes.
Doug has consulted in many industries for both small and large organizations. His projects have focused on strategic planning productivity improvement information system optimization and enterprise content management.
With both management and technical experience Doug is qualified to provide solid direction in a dynamic organization including end-to-end experience in design and deployment of content management systems and processes.

Developed information management strategy related to Enterprise Content Management Systems. Emphasis on Documents Email and Records.
Assisted with the development of business plans process improvements software specifications and system requirements for content document and records management systems.
Provided guidance through software and vendor selection processes including development of detailed RFP's business use cases and demonstration scripts.
