Mr. Lee was named Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") in August 2002 and Treasurer in December 2001, and has been Controller of the Company since March 2001. Mr. Lee is an inactive Certified Public Accountant in New York State. He previously worked as an Auditor for a public accounting firm from 1993 to 1999, and as Controller for a manufacturing and retail company from 1999 to February 2001. |
