Mr. Cullins joined the firm as an associate in 2003 and practices in the area of medical malpractice. He received his J.D. from Texas Tech University in 2003 and his B.A., cum laude, from Arizona State University in 1999. Mr. Cullins was previously a summer law clerk with Jones, Skelton & Hochuli and a paralegal with Doyle Winthrop, P.C. of Phoenix.
