Douglas R. Britton was born in Los Angeles, California, in 1968. Mr. Britton received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas in 1991 and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Pepperdine University Law School in 1996. Mr. Britton was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1996 and to the California Bar in 1997. He is admitted to practice in all of the state courts in California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California. Mr. Britton has been litigating securities class action lawsuits since his admission to the Bar in 1996. |
