Douglas M. Grimsley is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Law, Technology Law, Securities Regulation, and Employment Law, with a particular emphasis in Commercial Litigation. Mr. Grimsley currently serves as National Coordinating Discovery Counsel for a multinational corporation. Mr. Grimsley is a member of the Pennsylvania, Virginia, and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Virginia, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Grimsley served as a law clerk with the Pennsylvania Governor's Office of General Counsel. Mr. Grimsley graduated cum laude from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Political Science. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr.Grimsley served as managing editor of Law Review. |
