Douglas D. Shuma became senior vice president and corporate controller on Sept.1, 2007. Prior to TDS, he owned a successful consulting company for large publicly traded corporations. In addition, he served as vice president and corporate controller for Baxter International, Inc. for eight years. He has also worked for Caremark International, Inc. as assistant corporate controller for five years and with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for nine years.
A certified public accountant, Shuma holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, IL. |
