Douglas Leo is United's vice president-Revenue Management. He is based at the company's operations center in suburban Chicago.
Leo is responsible for all aspects of United's revenue management, including pricing and inventory management activities, revenue forecasting, revenue management system development and Global Distribution System (GDS) negotiations.
Before joining United in October 2005, Leo spent three years at U.S. Airways, where he served as vice president of Sales, Distribution and International. Prior to working at U.S. Airways, he held various positions at Northwest Airlines in planning, revenue management and alliances at the company's headquarters in Minneapolis, Minn., and in Tokyo and London.
Leo holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Minnesota State University. |
