Douglas D. Broadwater is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Doug's practice encompasses antitrust, contract and intellectual property, securities and corporate governance.
Doug was born in Preston, Minnesota. After graduating from Columbia Law School, he was a staff attorney with the Employment Project of the Columbia Center on Social Welfare Policy and Law. He joined Cravath in 1971 and became a partner in 1978.
