Doug Lwin joined American Capital’s Human Resources team in October of 2006. He is responsible for global compensation, benefits and HR technology. Most recently prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Lwin was at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey (FBR) for several years in a similar role. Mr. Lwin also worked for NASD and Nasdaq Stock Market for approximately 12 years. There, Mr. Lwin held senior Human Resources positions where he was responsible for compensation, HR information systems, and their expatriate program.
Over the years, Mr. Lwin has been involved with a number of national and local professional organizations. He is the past two-term president of the Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association (WACABA) and currently the Vice President of Surveys. He is also on the Board of the Human Resources Association of the National Capital Area (HRA-NCA) where he oversees the annual compensation survey and the benefits survey. |
