In 2007, Doug Linquest was appointed to the position of executive vice president, strategy and business development. Doug oversees Welch Allyn's Beaverton, OR facility and serves the company with overall site management of this location. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations in Beaverton, Doug is responsible for strategy and business development, corporate communication and Welch Allyn's defibrillation business unit.
A native of Skaneateles, NY, Doug started his career at Welch Allyn in 1983 and has worked in a variety of sales, marketing, and executive leadership roles including acting as vice president and general manager of our San Diego thermometry operation from 1998 through 2005.
Doug has his B.A. degree in English from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from Syracuse University. He is a member of the executive board of directors of the Oregon Bioscience Association. |
