As CFO, Mr. Kollme oversees all financial matters of the firm including day to day accounting, banking relationships, contracts, and mergers & acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Prior to promotion to CFO, he was a senior consultant, where he was responsible for creating a methodology to better support investment decisions for the $300 million telecommunications and networking budget of the IRS. Before joining ITSolutions, Mr. Kollme founded Kingsland Advisory, LLC, a mergers and acquisitions advisory and consulting firm specializing in the telecommunications and IT industries. He has over five years of experience in M&A specifically related to telecom and IT and 15 years of experience in corporate finance through investment banks, commercial banks, and private companies.
