Doug has 17 years experience in the Software and Technology consulting business. He spent ten years at KPMG Consulting and attained the level of Executive VP and was a member of the Executive Committee. As an EVP, Doug was responsible for all solutions development and ran KPMG's global CRM (Customer Relationship management) practice. He led the creation of CRM practices in the UK, Australia and Latin America. Doug also spent almost two years as the CEO of a publicly traded systems integration company. He managed the company through the downturn between 2000 and 2002, dramatically cutting fixed and variable costs, and provided a vision to transform the company into a sustainable blended shore services company in partnership with HCL Technologies. Doug earned his BS degree from San Jose State University and his MBA form The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. |
