Doug Guinn joined LOPEZGARCIA GROUP in June 1997 and is the Municipal Division Manager. His responsibilities include client relationship development, project performance and business development. Doug serves as Principal-in-Charge on a variety of local municipalities, medical, judicial and aviation projects.Doug received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, Society of American Military Engineers and the American Association of Airport Executives. He is also a member of Chi Epsilon, the Civil Engineering Honor Society, and Tau Beta Pi, the National Engineering Honor Society.Doug was the author of LOPEZGARCIA GROUP's silver medal winning 2005 submission, "West Side Terminal Storm Drain B1AR," DFW Airport, for the Texas Council of Engineering Companies Engineering Excellence Awards Competition, Water Resources Category. |
