Doug has overall responsibility for Finance and Administration strategy and operations. He brings over 15 years of experience in business and other financial roles to the position.
Prior to joining Servigistics, Doug served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer for Employease Inc., a provider of HR management software-as-a-service solutions. As Chief Financial Officer, he secured the capital necessary to facilitate the company’s emergence as a market leading SaaS provider, developed the financial strategy to support exponential growth and guided it through a successful sale to Automatic Data Processing (ADP).
Before joining Employease, Doug served as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager for Alphamed Inc., a developer and manufacturer of ambulatory intravenous medical devices, and as a manager in the Business Services and Audit group of Price Waterhouse LLP. While at Price Waterhouse, he served clients in over 20 industries, primarily in manufacturing and technology, and focused on SEC registrants and merger and acquisition activities of small to mid-sized companies. Doug holds a bachelor of science degree in both Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. |
