During the course of the 100+ projects she has led, she has built client relationships with some of the top companies in our region: Xilinx, Cypress Semiconductor, Zilog, Cirrus Logic, PLX Technology, ISSI, Cortina Systems, My Family.com, BEA Systems and Kazeon. Clients have learned to trust her work in the recruitment of senior executives to manage the customer-facing aspects of their technology businesses. Ms. Schaffer brings substantial search industry experience and expertise into this assignment. Before joining Lonergan Partners in 2003, she was a Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles in that firm's Leaders Online division, with responsibility for the West Coast for that technology-focused executive search business. Previously, Ms. Schaffer was a Partner with Hall Kinion in San Francisco, a technology search firm with offices all over North America. Earlier than that, Ms. Schaffer was a teacher at a performing arts magnet school in the Midwest and at the high school level in the Bay Area.Dotty Schaffer has a B.A. degree from Bowling Green State University and a Graduate Teaching certification from San Jose State University. She and her husband Chris have two daughters and reside in Los Gatos, CA. |
