Ms. Farinacci graduated from California State University at Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting-Professional. She came to Lesley, Thomas, Schwarz & Postma, Inc. from the banking profession in 1984 and became a partner in 1996.
Ms. Farinacci provides financial reporting and consulting services to closely-held businesses. She has experience in compilation, review, and audit of financial statements; financial forecasts and projections; consultation to improve cash flow and profitability. She is very experienced in serving clients in a wide diversity of industries including technology, real estate, contractors, distribution, and manufacturing. She is also the firm's authority on computer applications to solve client's accounting needs and implement financial reporting systems.
In addition, Ms. Farinacci is very experienced on income tax issues for individual and business clients. She also has been a key force in developing the firm's quality control systems.
Ms. Farinacci is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is active in civic affairs, serving on the Finance Committee of the March of Dimes - Orange County Chapter and the Board of Directors of the Newport Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce for many years. She is a past president of the Dolphins and Organizational Affairs Division of the Newport Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the boards of several women's conferences including the Cal State Long Beach Gold Coast Conference and the Women's Opportunity Workshop.
