As a Senior Account Manager Ms. Sinclair is responsible for the development and management of major commercial accounts. Her role with the customer includes researching business issues and developing creative and cost effective solutions, as well as organizing multi-faceted details for large organizations, in a project management role.
Ms. Sinclair came to Young Office in February of 2006, with over 25 years of experience with Steelcase dealers. Most recently she was an Executive Account Manager, with a dealership in Florida, where she was consistently one of the top performers.
Donna is a trained Interior Designer. That training aids her in the ability to help create practical and aesthetically pleasing solutions for her customers. Over the years she has had the honor to work with many major Companies and Organizations in America, and Canada. Her customer base has helped her broaden her base of industry knowledge on an International level, which includes working on projects from Manhattan, Las Vegas, and Austin, to St. John’s, Newfoundland, CA, New Glasgow, Nova Scotia and Ottawa, Ontario.
