Donna joined Keystone in 2005. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions along with capitalization strategies for technology companies, with a special emphasis on energy, emerging growth and information technology. Prior to joining Keystone, her firm Bethany Ventures served as an advisor, consultant or venture partner for early stage companies including Kurant, Inc. (acquired by Ebay), Patchlink Corporation, and Dynamic Media. She served as a business development consultant for Real Networks, MCI, and PaperChase (The National Library of Medicine), as well as for investment firms such as Offroad Capital Markets, Spencer Trask, and Raven Investments LP. Donna received her B.S. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
