Donna Morrow joined CureDM in May 2005 as the Director of Development. After nursing school at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center Presbyterian, she worked at Hahnemann University Hospital and Jefferson Medical College, both in Philadelphia, PA. Her involvement at Jefferson was with a research team doing ground breaking work in cancer chemotherapy. Later, for a number of years she was employed by a noted endocrinology practice in Reading, PA. Before coming to CureDM, Ms. Morrow owned a marketing company that provided business development services for a variety of different practices including psychiatry, orthodontics, forensic accounting, and industrial coating systems. She was also employed in a fundraising and sales capacity for five years with one of Pennsylvania's largest caterers in the Lehigh Valley, as well as the March of Dimes in Reading, PA. Donna has had type 1 diabetes for over 46 years. |
