In May 2004, Donna Morea was appointed president of CGI-AMS which was created by the merger of CGI Group Inc. (CGI) and American Management Systems, Inc. CGI-AMS is the wholly owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI. As a member of CGI's senior management team, she leads the development and evolution of the United States business. Clients include large organizations in government, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, utilities and manufacturing, retail and distribution. With more than 23 years experience building IT consulting practices that focus on strategic, enterprise-wide solutions for public sector customers, Ms. Morea began her career at AMS in 1980. Ms. Morea serves on the board and executive committee of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the membership association for the technology community in northern Virginia. Additionally, she joined the board of directors of the Fairfax County, Virginia Chamber of Commerce. She is a founding member of the advisory board for the Executive Women's Alliance and serves on the board of directors for the Crossway Community. |
