Donna Maxwell brings diverse experience to her role with Element K. She is responsible for all employment related activities including recruiting and employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, rewards & recognition, HRIS, training and development, employee communication, and corporate events. Maxwell joined Ziff Davis Education, Inc. in 1999 as Director of HR Systems and assumed the Vice President position in October 2002. Prior to joining the company, she spent two years as head of compensation and benefits for Petco Animal Supplies, Inc., in San Diego, California. A native of Rochester, NY, Maxwell holds a BA in Industrial Labor Relations from SUNY Potsdam. She also holds the SPHR certification. |
