Instructional Designer, Analyst, Documentation Writer
Donna Jensen has a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and over 20 years experience in researching and designing training and development programs for a variety of organizations. she in an instructional designer experienced in all phases of instructional design. She has been a guest instructor at California State University, Long Beach and Fullerton. Ms. Jensen served as the 1994 President of American Society of Training and Development, Orange County Chapter. She also serves on California State Fullerton Advisory Boards for training and on-line instruction.
She has also conducted extensive needs assessments, research projects and analysis of systems and software programs. She builds use cases including the 21CFR Part 11compliance requirements for the document management system which houses SOPs and for the Laboratory Instrument Management System. She has written numerous business cases which have been approved for funding of major projects. |
