Donna leads Racepoint Group's San Francisco office. She has nearly 25 years' experience with some of the world's best-known consumer and technology brands, including Apple, Mattel Toys, Nike and Microsoft.
Before joining Racepoint Group, Donna served as senior vice president for consumer marketing & e-commerce at PlanetOut, a leading media and entertainment company. In this role, she was responsible for managing the global online subscription services and e-commerce division, where she planned and directed all marketing and product development activities to enhance premium subscriber acquisition and retention.
Donna has also served as vice president, corporate communications at Nike, where she was chief communications strategist and spokesperson on a wide range of issues, including regulatory concerns, production sourcing and labor practices, mergers & acquisitions and financial performance during Nike's most rapid period of global expansion from 1994-1997. Prior to Nike, Donna was Director, Public Relations at Mattel, where she served as a member of an integrated brand marketing team devoted to reaching the billion-dollar milestone for Barbie worldwide sales. |
