Donna serves as the Director of Clinical One’s Per Diem Division, where she brings over 15 years of experience in the medical staffing industry. In October of 2000 Donna launched the Rhode Island Per Diem branch for New Boston. The company later merged with Clinical One, at which point she helped grow the firm into one of the top three healthcare staffing companies in the state. Today, Donna is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Per Diem division, and laying the foundation for the division’s future growth. She manages a staff in several offices across New England, and oversees the successful placement of candidates in flexible, short-term assignments. Other duties include new business development, training, marketing, and recruitment. Donna is currently enrolled in "The Executive Development Program" at Bryant University in order to continue her professional development. |
