Experience
Donna comes to Milliman after serving as the Medicare division vice president for upstate New York’s Excellus Health Plan (Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield in the Rochester, Syracuse, and Utica regions and Univera Healthcare in the Buffalo region). Donna is an accomplished healthcare executive with 20 years of experience and an extensive knowledge of Medicare regulation, operations, sales, marketing, and customer service. Her broad Medicare expertise has been well received by clients who are looking to grow their Medicare market share and/or improve their Medicare operations.
