Donna Wenk has been with PAETEC since its inception in 1998 and currently serves as Senior Vice President responsible for Sales Operations and Customer Care. In this role, Ms. Wenk is chiefly responsible for customer care and retention. This includes overseeing the company's call centers and supporting the sales organization by overseeing Account Development, Service Engineering, and Sales Operations.
Ms. Wenk has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, having served ACC Telecom as the Director of Customer Service and lead the team that established ACC's highly successful CLEC business unit. Prior to ACC, Donna spent eight years at Frontier Corp., (formerly Rochester Telephone) where she held several management positions in Customer Service, Credit/Collections, Order Processing, Human Resources and Business Process Re-engineering.
Ms. Wenk serves on the Board of Directors for Bivona Child Advocacy Center. She is also a member of the Business Advisory Council for SUNY Geneseo. Ms. Wenk holds an MBA with high honors from the University of Rochester Simon School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from St. Lawrence University. |
