Donna A. Haag has served as the Company's Vice President Supply Chain and Information Management since April 2006. Ms. Haag joined Osteotech in July 1989 originally as Operations Manager and held the positions of Director Operations and Senior Director Operations through October 1997. From October 1997 through December 2000 Ms. Haag held the position of Senior Director Operations Engineering and Technology. From January 2001 through June 2004 Ms Haag held the position of Senior Director New Business Development. From June 2004 through December 2004 she held the position of Senior Director Marketing and from January to April 2006 she served as Vice President Supply Chain and Distribution. Prior to joining Osteotech Ms. Haag was a Project Manager for the Technical Operations Division of E.R. Squibb & Sons. Ms. Haag has a B.S.E. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a M.S. degree in management science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
