Don Stoffle is First Industrial Realty Trust’s Executive Director of Dispositions, where he oversees all sale activity for the Company pursuant to its capital recycling program. He supervises a team of six transaction professionals, and is responsible for pricing, structure and contracts for all disposition activity.
Mr. Stoffle joined First Industrial in 1997 as an Investment Associate for the Midwest region and was promoted to Investment Officer of the Company’s Gulf/Mountain region in 1999 and then Senior Investment Officer in 2002, where he was responsible for identifying, underwriting, negotiating/structuring and closing acquisitions, dispositions and re-developments. During his eight years at First Industrial, Mr. Stoffle has completed transactions totaling over $1 billion. Prior to joining the Company, he was a Commercial Banking Officer in the Real Estate group of Bank of America Illinois, where he originated over $175 million of mini-perm and construction loans. During his 18 year career in real estate, Mr. Stoffle has gained extensive experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development, due diligence, market/site analysis, appraisals, and construction/mini-perm lending.
Mr. Stoffle holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University and holds an Illinois Real Estate Salesperson License. |
